Chinese quarantined hairdresser cuts customers' hair through her window!

The Coronavirus has been hitting the world hard but none harder than for China, where the virus originated. As a result, multiple cities and towns across China have been on lock-down. These lock-downs have naturally affected regular business greatly, such as is the case for one Chinese hairdresser who has been cutting hair as a "street hairdresser" (a popular site to see in old neighborhoods of various countries) for 10 years. Hou, the name this street hairdresser goes by, has as of late been quarantined in her own housing complex due to the lock-down in her town of Zhengzhou in the Henan Province . Customers of hers have been complaining that they have had to go too long without their haircuts and they started hounding Hou to cut their hair in any way she could. What did she decide to do? She did not un-quarantine herself but she did agree to cut hair through the bars of her window!

Is this outrageous or do you understand where these customers are coming from? They have to get their hair cut, right? Props to this hairdresser for even sticking her hands out of her window and touching the general public amid this public health crisis.
